• Work with our CMO to define eMeals’ visual identity across all marketing communications
  • Create assets for paid acquisition including images and videos with a focus on paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Design all email marketing campaigns with a focus on promotional and drip emails that convert leads, reactivate expired users, engage non-active users and on-board new users
  • Create new landing pages and work flows to be tested on the web and app based on brainstorm thoughts and feedback from the marketing and growth team
  • Manage multiple projects at once, while setting appropriate expectations and meeting realistic deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders when presenting your work and clearly articulate your design rationale


  • 3+ years of experience in graphic or visual design
  • Strong portfolio of relevant marketing, brand, or promotional work across web, email, print and other channels
  • Experience with video production and editing
  • Deep knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and InVision
  • Solid understanding of direct response design and data-oriented testing
  • Creativity to test new ideas and continuously improve business results
  • Effective communicator, presenter with eagerness to give and receive feedback
  • HTML and CSS experience a plus but not required
